Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of daylight and a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the small balcony. The service was exceptional, especially Julien who went out of his way to assist us. The location was perfect for visiting the Eiffel Tower, although a bit overrun with tourists. The dining experience was good despite some minor issues, and the facilities were well-kept.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms, although needing some decorating, were quite nice, spacious, and elegantly designed for the area and price. The service was exceptional with a great breakfast experience and helpful, friendly staff. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by good restaurants. The dining options were delicious, although I wish they were complimentary given the price point. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay in a convenient location.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although small, were very comfortable and super clean. The service was top-notch, with super great and welcoming staff who went out of their way to accommodate our concerns and requests. The location was a major plus, easily accessible to all transportation hubs and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. On the downside, the dining experience was better than usual in Paris but could still be improved. The overall value for money was somewhat questionable given the smaller room size.
I had a great stay at the hotel with my 2-month-old baby boy. The lovely little balcony in the room offered a charming view towards the Eiffel Tower, and the delightful surprise of juices and chocolate waiting for us in the bed with the Eiffel Tower view was a nice touch. The service, though not very helpful, included thoughtful gestures like birthday cards in our room and remembering our coffee order and room numbers after just one day. The location was excellent, being just a few hundred yards from the Champs de Mars and close to the beautiful area near La Tour Eiffel and the Seine - perfect for a family stay. The dining experience, with options like vegetarian sausages and delicious homemade cakes, was a very nice offering. Overall, a memorable experience with some minor downsides.
The hotel is located near the Eiffel Tower and offers a nice view from some parts of the property. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have an extremely nice bathroom but are a bit cramped with separate toilets from the shower. The service is exceptional with friendly and helpful staff offering recommendations and assistance readily. The dining experience is great with a variety of delicious options. However, there is a slight sour smell in some areas of the hotel.
The hotel was rather on the small side but comfortable enough for a short stay, with a balcony facing the Eiffel Tower. The service was outgoing and helpful, making me fall in love with French culture and hospitality. The location was ideal for a first trip to Paris, close to great restaurants and bars as well as the Eiffel Tower. The dining was excellent, offering a variety of fresh food and drinks. The facilities were up to standard, providing a pleasant experience overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, while slightly smaller than pictured, were still very cozy and clean. The service was exceptional with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Anton who made our anniversary extra special with a lovely prosecco surprise. The location was brilliant, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and surrounded by delightful restaurants. The dining experience was great, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent value for money.
